Physical preparation
Physical preparation in physiotherapy is aimed at anyone wishing to strengthen their body in a targeted, safe and progressive way - whether to resume physical activity, return to sport after injury or optimise sporting performance. It is based on expertise in movement, biomechanics and functional recovery.

Description
Physical preparation in physiotherapy combines the principles of functional training with the rigour of therapeutic reasoning. It is suitable for sportspeople of all levels, people returning to activity or those wishing to prevent injury, improve their posture or strengthen their overall physical condition.
Each program begins with an individual assessment of posture, joint mobility, strength, endurance, stability, movement, etc. This analysis is used to define clear, appropriate objectives: strengthening deep and superficial muscle chains, improving coordination, optimizing force transfer and preventing imbalances.
The sessions are based on functional exercises, postural work, proprioception, sheathing, breathing techniques and progressive loads. Everything is adapted to your level, your physical constraints and your discipline if you are a sportsperson.
The aim is to build a body that is efficient, mobile and resilient, both in everyday life and in sport.
