Circulatory Massage

This dynamic and energizing massage stimulates blood and lymphatic flow, relieving the feeling of heavy legs. It's ideal for improving circulation, boosting vitality, and regaining lightness in the body.

Massages
“A body in motion, circulation freed, energy restored.”

Description

A dynamic massage to stimulate circulation and relieve heaviness. Targeted to help venous and lymphatic return, the circulatory massage uses precise manual techniques that respect vascular anatomy. It promotes detoxification, improves lightness, and supports overall circulatory health.

Recommended for individuals with heavy legs, poor circulation, swelling, or those who spend long hours sitting or standing. Also beneficial for recovery after physical effort or as preventive care.

The session begins with a dialogue to determine the target areas. The massage is dynamic, alternating manual techniques with active participation from the patient (e.g. muscle contractions or guided movements), enhancing its effectiveness and circulatory benefits.

As a complement to manual massage, pressotherapy is an effective way of stimulating venous and lymphatic return. This technique is based on the use of pneumatic sleeves (boots or leggings) that inflate progressively according to controlled pressure cycles.

It is particularly indicated for relieving the sensation of heavy legs, reducing oedema and water retention, improving lymphatic drainage in cases of circulatory insufficiency, and promoting recovery after intense physical effort by accelerating the elimination of metabolic waste products (such as lactic acid).

Pressotherapy reinforces the effects of manual circulatory massage and provides a rapid sensation of lightness and muscle relaxation.
